Why we need an agreement?

We made an initial agreement, but we want to explain it:

1. It took our two project founders millions of brain cells to come up with this great idea, we want our copyright to be protected.

2. The initial agreement will be a temporary agreement, there will be more detailed agreement or contract.

3. You were more than welcome at the moment you chose to join us. We will make a fair and great deal with you for your contribution to this project. 

4. We want to protect your future intellectual property rights along with our initial and continuous ideas.

5. This project does not need to be open source. In order to achieve our common goal, we need an efficient and rigorous management plan.
